    The primary focus of Mr. Ginter’s practice is civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on professional liability, and construction law. He represents design professionals and contractors in both the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of claims including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, fraud, and intellectual property disputes. Additionally, Mr. Ginter counsels design professionals and contractors in collection matters including mechanic’s and design professional lien law.

    Mr. Ginter also represents employers in all industries in claims alleging discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination, as well as all types of wage and hour claims including unpaid overtime, failure to provide rest and meal breaks, and other alleged labor code violations. 

    Away from the office, Mr. Ginter enjoys staying active in competitive sports. He is a member of the Los Angeles Knights of the Pacific Coast Baseball League and also races his 1969 Zink C-4 with the Vintage Auto Racing Association.
