Mr. Endoso’s practice focuses on premises liability, personal injury, general tort liability, insurance, and employment. He has particular experience representing clients in exaggerated and suspected fraudulent claims. His work in employment includes representing clients in wrongful termination and discrimination claims. Mr. Endoso litigates his cases in a thorough, focused, and organized fashion. This has enabled him to achieve successful results for his clients by way of summary adjudication and/or voluntary dismissal of plaintiffs’ complaints. He has also achieved favorable results by way of mediation, arbitration, and trial. Mr. Endoso has also litigated cases in the fields of products liability, construction, and real estate. Mr. Endoso is married with three children. He enjoys playing golf and ice hockey.
