    George is an experienced business development, marketing and IT professional with over twenty years of law firm and related legal experience. He has worked with over 150 law firms, including some of the largest firms in the world.

    George specializes in all aspects of business development and marketing for professional service firms. The title “Partnership Development Leader” was created specifically for him, as it describes exactly what he is renowned for – developing partnerships, increasing profitability and stabilizing business. Recognized by the industry as a leader in his field, George is a frequent speaker at international conferences and is regularly asked to contribute to a wide range of international publications.

    George’s specific experience includes: serving as director of business development and marketing for a US based law firm; serving as marketing director for a top international law firm based in the UK; and directing consulting services for a leading international provider of financial, law practice management and marketing applications. George is still regularly consulted on software solutions for the professional services industry, and recently founded Incresoft LLC, a software company that focuses on business development software solutions.

    George is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, the British Institute of Management and the Institute of Administrative Management, as well as a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management and the British Institute of Facilities Management. He also served as a member of the California State Bar Association Technology Committee for three years.
