    Greg Jackson represents clients in a broad range of business litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on products liability, regulatory and commercial law disputes. Greg has extensive experience representing a variety of companies in connection with products liability, mass tort, consumer fraud, and warranty litigation. Over the years, Greg has defended domestic automotive manufacturers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and manufacturers of heavy industrial equipment, hand tools, industrial pumps, and off-road recreational vehicles. In addition to having represented numerous product manufacturers and distributors in cases involving serious personal injury or death, Greg has significant experience drafting warranties and commercial contracts for several international and domestic companies. 

    Greg also has experience representing telecommunication and healthcare companies, financial institutions, and a host of national, regional, and local businesses in the defense and prosecution of lawsuits arising out of commercial transactions. Greg regularly counsels clients on managing e-discovery issues, including records retention, litigation holds, and preservation and use of electronic information.

    Greg's practice focuses on the preparation, trial, and appeal of complex litigation cases. He also has extensive experience counseling clients on risk management, governmental reporting obligations, and compliance issues with respect to products regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

    Outside of work, Greg stays active in the community through coaching youth lacrosse programs and assisting with the R.C. Starz program in northern San Diego County.
