    Penny Deihl is a trial lawyer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in representing clients, including Fortune 500 companies. This experience includes resolving disputes through first-chair jury trial, binding arbitration and mediation. Most recently, she has litigated a case through binding arbitration that lasted over 180 days. Penny is the Chair of the Attorney Development Committee and Co-Chair of the Construction & Design Group.

    Penny specializes in the areas of construction law, professional liability (including architects, engineers, real estate brokers, insurance brokers and mortgage brokers), products liability and all aspects of civil liability.
