    Mr. Sebra is a fellow and founding member for the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship & the Law (Pepperdine University School of Law). Mr. Sebra has extensive experience in all aspects of representing businesses including commercial business transactions, commercial transactions, shareholder disputes, and construction litigation. Mr. Sebra has served as lead counsel in commercial litigation matters and endeavors to seek cost-effective solutions in complex litigation matters.

    Mr. Sebra also specializes in drafting construction contracts, including design-build agreements, subcontract agreements, and owner/builder contracts. Furthermore, Mr. Sebra drafts employment agreements and employee agreements for his clients as well as has experience with prevailing wage issues.
