The primary focus of Ms. Kwon’s practice is civil litigation which includes the representation of a variety of clients in matters such as premises liability, defamation, property boundary disputes and a variety of intentional torts. Ms. Kwon practices in all phases of litigation including pre-trial motions and pleadings, discovery, settlement negotiations, trial preparation and post trial motions. Ms. Kwon’s experience includes defending product liability suits on behalf of manufacturers, distributors and sellers, asserting a variety of product-related claims for personal injury, property damage and breach of warranty. Ms. Kwon is fluent in Korean.
