Tracy Gallegos is a member of the firm's Corporate Transactions, Entertainment and Real Estate practice groups. Tracy has substantial experience in real estate law, including real estate development and acquisitions, commercial leasing, financing, landlord-tenant issues, land use issues, and the operation and governance of common-interest communities. In addition, she has valuable litigation experience and has been the responsible attorney on numerous mediations, arbitrations, and various actions filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Superior Court of California in Orange County. Tracy’s experience also includes corporate formation and governance, as well as entertainment law, and she has counseled and represented clients in the music, reality film, nightclub, and promotions aspects of the entertainment industry. Furthermore, Tracy previously served as in-house counsel for one of the largest community association management companies in Las Vegas. As in-house counsel, Tracy administered all of the company's legal affairs and was responsible for launching and operating the company's new office in Southern California. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends, fine dining, and traveling to foreign countries.
